I recently changed my ram slots to see if i had gained any extra performance for my PC. However I noticed ever since that has happened my PC keeps freezing every 2-30 minutes (it doesnt freeze on csgo), i thought that i had ruined my ram so i ran memtest86 and it came back positive. I am open to any suggestions to know why this keeps happening

First, go to the manufacturer of your mainboard, find the manual for your specific board, and check to see which two slots you need to install your RAM in. My X570 board, for example, has a note that if I install the RAM in the wrong pair of slots, I can actually damage the board, or if not damage it, then experience degraded performance.

After you make sure you've got your RAM in the correct slots, then... Memtest is 'positive', does that mean that your RAM is 'good', or 'bad'? If it's bad, then simple, get new sticks. If it shows your RAM is good, then... try cleaning the contacts. Get a clean pink eraser, and gently rub down the RAM sticks, just where the contacts are. Use Air In A Can™, an electronic duster, or your own breath (blow really hard), and get the dust and whatever other crap out of the slots themselves. You probably can find a good video on youtube showing how to use an eraser to clean your RAM contacts...

Uh, other than that, make sure you're running your XMP profiles? Unless your RAM is the same speed as what your board supports... You can also make sure you've got the correct timings in.

If that doesn't fix the freezing, then in my own PC, I would start poking around the event logs, to see if there's a hint there about a bad driver, or bad hardware.

You might also want to try the same pink eraser and Air In A Can™ trick on your GPU contacts/slot.
