Argb not working at all

So yesterday I installed ROG LC 240 AIO with two argb fans and then a phantecs argb led strip. With the AIO an argb splitter was included. I connected all three argb cabels to the splitter and plugged the other end into the only argb header on my motherboard. Starts computer and nothing works.

 

Today I opened the PC and saw that the motherboard header takes a mximum of 5V. The fans I cant find out how much they need but the led strip is 5V exactly so I disconnected everything and tried only with one fan, not working, the other fan, not working and at last the argb led strip, not working as well. 
 

I’m not aure if I’ve done something wrong? I mean its not like I plugged anything in the wrong way.

 

Any suggestions?

Okey so i just out of frustation tried plugging it all in again and it magically started working.
