Laptop for Dad's Work

I am looking for a laptop for my dad to get for work and need advice.

It will be used for emails, excel, and light web surfing as far as I know. It does not need a good battery life or light weight as it will be plugged in at a desk.

My requirements are:

- 15"+ FHD screen (does not need to be IPS, colour accurate, or high refresh rate)

- 8Gb ddr4 ram or more

- Touch screen support

- 1Tb ssd

As long as the laptop fits these requirements, I am looking for the cheapest possible one, which would also include shipping (I live in Western Australia).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
