Pc not booting

*Sorry if this looks scuffed as I have to do this on phone*

I've just made a new pc with the following specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/BunchofBoxes/saved/#view=NBWsLk

When starting it up everything appears to have power i.e all fans are running/motherboard lights works and yet nothing appears on the monitor. I've checked the cords to the monitor and they arnt the problem. Any suggestions?

are they lit up?  if so, which ones.  Is everything seated properly, plugs, cpu, etc...  check it again.

Done. Now it displays this on my monitor

you need to select your boot drive in the bios, the one with your OS on it.  Or you need to boot from USB and install an OS
