on Minecraft bedrock edition on Windows 10 I'm using a texture pack and it just keeps decreasing the frames and using a lot of ram

First:
Ryzen 7 2700 is not "top spec".

But I get your point - RTX 3080 is pretty good.

Not a surprise. Texture packs can use more ram and resources than Vanilla because it can have more detail and resolution. This is normal behavior, you can't do anything except decrease your game quality, decrease the packs quality (texture quality) or switch packs or get more RAM.

So there's no file game editing i can do. I just stand still in the game and I can just watch my frames get lower and lower as its eating more ram it's like it's running away with it
