Not sure where to post it so I will post it here.

I got an offbrand oculus link cable and it came with a bent USB A. I bent it back into position however it rarely works properly. Would it be possible for me to take apart the USB A connector and perhaps manage to connect something that was broken? I am new to this and all help would be appreciated.

Most USB connectors aren't easily repairable, but if you're keen on it you could try

Because they're not assembled with screws, they're all sealed, and accessing the connections means destroying the casing

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

It's broken...
Return it... Or file a warranty claim.

Planning on trying StarCitizen (Highly recommended)? STAR-NR5P-CJFR is my referal link
