This is a quite old PC

I've got a corsair vs650. Been always having weird issues with the pc that nobody ever explained, but some days ago the weirdest sound ever came from what it sounds like is the PSU, cleaning it isn't an option, does this sound very bad? Tired of buying new things after every god damn christmas. Am I safe to risk using it?

Probably too old for rma, what should I show in video? i don't think there's anything to show, nothing really to see. gtx 960, i7-6700k. Normally I'd change PSU but I'm not sure if it's worth, if my old issues don't disappear it's going to be a huge waste as I still need to upgrade ram, gpu, even whole case.. And the people who built this did so horrible with cable management that it would be painful to replace

Sounds like the fan bearing has given up, I would be cautious at the very least. Sadly sourcing a PSU at a reasonable price is not always easy but I would be looking at replacing with a B tier PSU (see pinned post in the forum section), something like Seasonic CORE-GC-650 Non-Modular PC Power Supply 80PLUS Gold 650 Watts which is not dissimilar in price to the unit you have on amazon but is Gold rated and is listed in the B tier as good

How soon do you envisage upgrading and to what extent, it might perhaps be useful to consider this as the first purchase on that path and go for a higher wattage to give yourself some room.

After not turning it on for a day, it's buzzing very loudly like it did before it started doing that sound, I'm not sure.. I'm never lucky with tech, the longest new tech lasted me was 3.5 years, I'm just tired of buying new things over and over again

I only wanted to upgrade to a 1660 super, seems like I'm better off just buying a whole new PC at this point, my case is small and a lot of cards won't fit, ram are quite slow(on top of this: i had to force shutdown multiple times to get to an usable state otherwise internet would not work and sometimes mouse/keyboard would just not get recognized as well as pressing shut down in windows did nothing, and this happened after basically every shutdown, until the psu started doing this sound now I'm scared to use it)
