Wraith Prism Usb

Hey all,

Im trying to plug in the usb for the Wraith Prism to control the colors and i can not get it to work! The lights flash white when i turn the pc on and never come back on. Is there a special way to plug it in? i have a B450 Gaming itx/ac mother board. I've tried the Usb header port (3) in manual and the usb port 2 (9).

For the love of god please help! Thanks!
