Hey yall, just finished building my first PC, just went to fire it up for the first time and my DRAM LED is on and will not go off. ive gone through the manual and move the RAM around accordingly as well as attempting to update my BIOS via the USB flashback feature, any help is appreciated

You seem to most likely have faulty ram, or possibly, damaged ram slots (not very likely). I would check out this video, as it has helped many people. If you can, try to maybe find an old stick of ram and test if your computer will start.

 

It could also be that there is an issue with 4 sticks of ram, you should try booting with only one stick and swap each one out to see if it actually boots. If they all work, move to 2 sticks at dual channel and see what happens from there.
