Motherboard Post code help

So I have an Intel DZ68BC motherboard in my gaming pc this is my first build and I've got the pc to start up fans spinning rgb showing everything seems good however I get no signal on my monitor and its showing post code E9 I looked it up and it says it is entering bios setup, however I'm not able to see the bios screen or any screen I know my ports are working because my mouse and keyboard light up. Does anybody know what I can do to solve this problem?

So far I have tried, restarting the pc, unplugging and re-plugging, took out motherboard battery and put it back in, messed with the bios jumper block, and I tried putting in my gpu and seeing if I could get video from that. Any help appreciated
