M.2 Solid State Drive SSD need help.

I bought this M.2 last month i benchmark it and everything seem to be running fine no problems at all speed where good and now i feel it's become a bit slow i did a benchmark and found this alarming results but i do not know if this is normal or not or should i rma or get it replaced.

If it's a SATA drive it's maximum is only 500MB/s, this is an alright score for a drive.
