Kernel-power issue

I have recently built a new gaming computer. Everything works fine but I keep getting a critical error of Kernel-power 41. This only happens when I have multiple things open such as malawarebytes,chrome,discord,steam. It has gotten so bad that I can not even get on my game for no more than 2 minutes without my entire pc shutting down and rebooting. Could I be putting too much stress on my power supply?

gtx 1050
16gb ram
western digital 1tb hdd
Asus prime b365m-a
Apevia 500w power supply(i use a 4 pin to 8 pin cpu adapter)
cooler master hyper 212 rgb black edition

Same issue here. I don't think its the PSU's issue tho. Your pc barely does 300 (if you haven't OC'd the CPU)
