I was in the middle of playing cold war and I thought I should check my temps because I had build the PC yesterday and I check my GPU temp (Titan X maxwell) and it was at 70 C and rising. I have the Kraken G10 on it with the water cooling and such so I check my fan on the gpu and it has stopped spinning. I have the B550 steel legend mobo with a 750 watt psu. It was working fine but it stopped mid game I guess. I asked someone about it and they said look for fan curve on Asrocks sight but I cant find it unless its under a different name. I also went through the bios and set my fans back to auto and rebooted it and the fan kicked on for 5 seconds then shut right back off. I tried it again and rebooted it again but it never turned back on. I check in my hardware monitor and it says the fan is at 22% power but it also says that it is at 0 rpms and well its correct. The fan is still spinning, it seems like the fan or cooler may have just got old and stopped working. Any help that you can provide would be appreciated. This is my first build but I had someone experienced do it with me and I was able to run Cold war just fine last night. It just started tonight

see if you can use afterburner or a similar program to set a higher fan curve.   I would say your fan is dying though.  If possible, see if you can get a meter on the fan power plug and check the voltage.
