RAM Speed Wrong - XMP/D.O.C.P Enabled

Hello, I have built a new PC but I am facing a issue.
When loading Task Manager or CPU-Z the RAM Speed is wrong (even if I double the amount it says in CPU-Z.)
I have enabled D.O.C.P and to my correct speed yet nothing has changed. It has been saved, updated to the latest BIOS and in dual channel which is in slots A1 and B1.

Any help? Thanks

EDIT: The motherboard is the ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II

Psshh. You have to use slot A2 and B2 if you have 2 sticks.
