Problem with gigabyte p450b - makes clicking sound

Hi guys, I have problem with my psu, it is brand new and makes this annoying clicking sound and I wonder if it's okay or should I replace it. Pc build is very modest, it doesn't even have external graphics card so I don't think the problem is that psu can't handle it. Thanks for some tips what to do with it. I'm adding video and audio file for you to check it out.

I've changed it, so now you should be able to open that.

I am not a Electrician. 

But it seems to be a contact broken or something inside is short.
