Graphical issues GTA V Series X

When I launch GTA V on the series X, there are lots of flashing boxes when there are all of the flashing police lights. They are all over the screen, but not when I am in game. Does anybody know what this could be caused by? I returned my first series X because of this and I find it unlikely that I would get 2 defective units in a row.

Update: turning off auto HDR helped alot wiht the issue and cut down on the number of boxes.
