AOC 24g2u problem

Hi fellow Linus watchers. I've got a problem.

 

When i start playing some games the monitor keeps freaking out and turning off and on all the time, no errors no nothing while

my other monitor is fine. I have 2 monitors, main is AOC 24g2u on 144hz and the other one is a benq g2420hdbl on 60hz.

 

Here is what i tried.

Changing from displayport to HDMI

lowering refresh rate to 120hz and 60hz

unplugged the other monitor

downloaded g-menu driver from aoc

turned off free-sync

turned off overdrive

Changed power cable

 

Nothing helps. And it makes games unplayable.

It seems to me to be a power supply problem, because it only starts doing that when there is alot happening on the screen,

but i am no technician so i cant figure out wtf is wrong with the monitor

do you have another device handy to plug in to see if that would work with the broken moniter

you think of plugging it into another pc?
