DRAM not working

I have an ASUS b550-f motherboard and g skill trident z 3200 memory, and a ryzen 3600 cpu. My memory was stuck at 2133mhz, so I tried changing it in bios. After changing it to 3000mhz it will not boot. The qled on the motherboard is glowing for my DRAM so I know it’s the problem. I’ve tried resetting, cleaning the RAM, booting with one stick in different slots, but my monitor still says no signal. Is there a way to fix this? I didn’t save my bios to flashback either.

Will resetting CMOS work

Yup, that should fix the issue. It simply resets all your BIOS settings to default.
