Troubleshooting PC Crashes

I feel like at this point I've tried everything I know to fix the problem I'm having. I built my PC about half a year ago and is has ran the games I play such as (Rust, COD and Battlefield) perfectly up until a month ago or so. Now I can't even start up one of those games without my PC almost immediately black screening and restarting like nothing ever happened. Event Viewer isn't showing me anything helpful. My CPU sits at about 40C idle and my GPU 60C. I ran the Driver Easy stress test on my PSU and it bluescreen within 2 seconds. I'm leaning towards my PSU being the problem but I don't even understand why it would be. Any help would be extremely appreciated!
