PSU

I’m putting together a computer for 3d modelling using ZBrush that uses mostly CPU.  I'm not sure on the power supply since I'm new to PC building so any suggestions would be great.    I'm at 781 watts now and was planning on a 850 watt PSU but not sure if thats enough now if I add on later.  My build parts are listed below.   Im not finding a lot of PSU's available but here's what I see:

I guess you used a PSU calculator for the 781 Watts

i recommendn to go for a 1000W because the 850W have Gold+ (92% efficiency)

850W*0,92=782W

thats borderline close

Erm the 850W PSU output is 850W, from the wall is 850 * ~1.1 - 935W...

Well after a some of research, your right. i build PCs for 2 years with this misconception

Thanks for responding.  I used a parts calculator to find the wattage.  Im not sure on which model PSU.  I was going to buy the 

Corsair AX1000 but the price is high right now.  I found a EVGA SuperNOVA 220-G3-1000-X1,1000 G3, 80 Plus Gold and the reviews show it is descent with good ripple.  I dont see any reviews about the Seasonic FOCUS GX-1000 or Seasonic FOCUS Plus 1000 Gold SSR-1000FX 1000W 80+ Gold.  Any recommendation would help.  Thanks
