So.. in the other build I needed a monitor and a mechanical keyboard included. with only 150€ more. I no longer need a monitor and a keyboard. So I tried to get a little more cheap out on the price.

Fair comment and answers my query, sorry for being a dik.

 

I would ignore my query then and follow the advice of the first responder as it can be an easy way to gat a balance of parts to a budget.

 

Another way is to look at an SI configurer  and add about 150 Euro to your budget and see what you can put together

 

Personally unless you are willing to check out the second hand market where prices will be dependant on your local area I like Vexicus's solution with the proviso that the motherboard can upgrade to Zen 3 for a future uplift

This is what I would go with. You have a B550 motherboard so can upgrade the CPU without a bios update if you ever need to. A 550W power supply will be sufficient for the 3060ti, however a 650W one will give you more of an upgrade path.

So, you mean the 10900k is outdated? It doesn't support PCIe gen4.

Also PCIe is backwards compatible. So gen4 devices can work in gen3 sockets.
