Code AE

My computer won't boot and the motherboard says AE but it also has a red light a vga but i think that is because I don't have my graphics card yet can someone please help me solve the AE code

 

Motherboard - Gigabyte B550 Vision D

CPU - AMD Ryzen 3800x

AE means there's no boot device, which would make sense if you haven't installed windows yet

 

Also without a graphics card in that system, it's as good as a blind dog

How would I install windows without it booting?

You won't without a graphics card. You can't output video with a 3800x.
