Micro stuttering

Hi! I am currently experiencing extremely high amounts of micro stutters in games and at desktop. I am running a Ryzen 5 5600X cooled by a 240ML AIO seated in an ASUS ROG STRIX B450 Gaming -f. My GPU is the powercolor red devil 5700XT. I have a 650W 80+ gold PSU from ADATA. I was just wondering if anyone would know any possible solutions to what I am experiencing. All help appreciated
