Multiple Issues - Flickering screen & VGA - Solid White

So, recently updated my computer hardware to: Asus ROG strix B550-F (wifi) motherboard with 5800X & 32GB - DDR4 (4X8GB @ 3600MHZ). I'm having nothing but issues. After doing the update for BIOS my monitor screen wouldn't turn on & VGA light would be solid white. After multiple resets my screen finally turned on when booted. However when booting couldn't even get into my setup screen & it would go straight to user login. Finally found someone on here who recommended to download NVIDIA Graphics Firmware tool for Display port.. BOOM problem fixed. After re-downloading Windows 10 & everything else needed. Notices just a slight flickering on the screen when I was downloading Razer.. Thought it was just maybe the app, but I work from home & noticed the same issue with the flickering is also effecting my virtual desktop for work. Anytime I move my mouse or even type it just flickers. This morning as well when I turned my computer on VGA - Solid white. So, restarted my computer & it was gone.  I was running 4770k with MSI Z97 PC mate ATX Motherboard with 16GB (4x4 @1600MHZ) DDR3 with the same graphics (GTX 1080) & Monitor & had no issues. So, I have no idea what the problem could be?

Thx

If the problem occured after BIOS update there is reason to believe thatt flashing to the previous version might do good.

I know my Asus MoBo, though different model had problems with latest BIOS too, though again different problems.
