C5 Error Code NEW BUILD

Hi all, 

 

I recently finished building my pc. Specs are: 

 

Ryzen 7 3700x

ASrock B550 Steel legend 

ASus Tuf Gaming 3060Ti 

XPG Spectrix D60G 2 x 8GB 

 

After I finished building it gave me a C5 code on the Dr Debug. All fans are working and all RGB are working but no video on monitor. Any ideas? 

 

I've already resetted CMOS and reinstalled Ram into different slots

Use one stick of ram and test to see if it works, if so try the other one. C5 Is usually a dead Slot or a Dead stick of ram

What kind of PSU are you using? Also pls read the following guide.

Thanks for posting that, I went through it. I've double checked all connections, will do another check after this.

 

My PSU is a Corsair RM750x

Your PSU seems fine.

Try also to use one stick of ram as mentioned before by Shimejii

try reseating the GPU. if that doesn't work try reseating the CPU (pull the bar up then back down)
