I REALLY need help! Please!

Since the Call of Duty Cold War update I have not been able to play Warzone. Every time I try I am forced to deal with an INSANE amount of lag and microstutter that make it virtually impossible to play the game. I can play Cold War (no problem at all), and Modern Warfare Multiplayer (for the most part) without problem. But as soon as I try with Warzone it lags, freezes for a second and sometimes crashes. I have noticed that my cpu usage jumps up when this happens but i have no idea what i would do to troubleshoot that if that was the issue. I have tried changing settings, clearing cache, modifying install, and even completely deleting and redownloading Modern Warfare with NO luck. And activisions support is non-existent to say the least. No phone number, the chat is unavailable, what else?... Can SOMEONE please help?? (Love you forever)

I have a Ryzen 9 3900x and an EVGA 2070 Super FTW3

I have no idea what I am supposed to do and I'm honestly a little freaked out. If someone could maybe message me if they have an idea how to fix something like this that would be great! thank you!

You tried quite few solutions one more I can think of is to try to reinstall graphic card drivers try using DDU to get rid of old drivers and install them again. Windows updates can also mess with your game so check if there are any available. I have same setup as you r 3900x and 2070s will this game now and check if I have same issues
