High interrupt to process latency without any drivers causing it

Hi, after days with popping, crackling noise in my headset i finally started to search what was causing this, after many hours i decided to try doing a latency test with LatencyMon and sometime i get very high interrupt to process latency, i tried to reinstall windows but the problem persists, i already search on internet but the most of the time people had crazy ISR or DPC execution time but for me neither of the two have high value, if anybody has an idea i'll gladly take it, and thanks you for paying attention to my post.

Edit: Okay so after updating my ethernet and audio driver (i use an USB headset, but just in case), changing my sata cable, it seems to has helped a bit but i always had high interrupt to process latency, finally i decided to check my bios because i've done some oc to my ram and my cpu, and i forgot to set my ram oc after updating the bios so they were at 2133mhz cas 18 so yeah i think this was the problem.

There is a .txt where i wrote the Stats tab text.

have you checked the temps when you run a load? Onboard audio just has problems sometimes.. that can be fixed with a soundcard most of the time but first make sure you have updated the BIOS and firmware/drivers from the motherboard's website for your model and not just use the default windows drivers.

I remembered that i wasn't having audio noise before updating windows to 20H2, going to try 2004 and come back tomorrow to let you now if it fixed my issue, also going to try changing the sata cable and checking my ssd health. Anyway thank for your help.
