Half of what? You are saying that "the IOPS number is half". That sentence is incomplete. It has to be "the number of IOPS is half of -----". In other words, what is your reference?

970 evo rated iops is 500,000/480,000 for read and write according to samsung specs, but look at my number in magician for iops 275390 for read and 278320 for write.i am no where near rated specs iops number, english is not my first language, pls any reply will help me greatly

Not really, it is rated for many different read and write IOPS depending on the test, and all of the ratings are "up to" (see https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/970evo/). The software in the second picture does not indicate which test it is running, and therefore which rating to compare it to. Sequential benchmarks looks like its rating.

Help you with what? What problem are you having? If you are experiencing performance issues when using the drive, I would advise to contact Samsung and follow their troubleshooting.
