front panel headers bent

I was trying to pull my cable extentions and i accidentally bent my reset switch fp header 90 degrees, I use the header so it is important., Can I just bend it back or is there other damage

Depends.

If you bent only the metal stick (pins), to is OK. Just be careful when bending them back sou you don't break them.

If you bent them too close to MB, you could have broke the solder that holds them connected to electrical traces on MB. That would mean that they will not work at all, or work only sometimes and unreliably.
