M.2 drive problems

I bought a Kingston 1TB A2000 NVMe PCIe SSD-levy, M.2 2280 drive and not been able to install windows 10 on it. I removed all other drives but it does not show up in the drive selection screen. I tried to find it in the disk manager and activate it but its not there either. only places i can see it are the BIOS and device manager under disk drives. My motherboard is a MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON and ive made sure theyre compatible.
