game dont even start

guys im back with a new problem, i recently downloaded SCP: secret laboratory and it does not even open, i  think my pc specs are good enought to run it:

 

 

Processor: AMD Sempron 145 (Unlocked into athlon ii x2 4450e)                                 

Motherboard: Asus m4n68t-m le v2                        

Ram: 8gb ddr3            

SSD: Crucial BX500 120gig ssd                  

Hard drive: Seagate 7200rpm 500gig          

Graphics card: Gt 1030            

PSU: 450 watt psu

 

and here is the minimum system requirements

i think its good enough but whenever i try to run it it say 'SCP:SL HAS STOPPED WORKING' and when i click the 'check online for a solution' option nothing comes...

help meeee
