My Setup: Cpu: Ryzen 7 2700x

Gpu: Rx 5600xt Saphire Pulse (driver version 20.11.3)

Mb :Aorus B450 M

RAM: Corsair Vengence 3200Mhz 16gb (2x8)

PSU: 650W

Gpu temps are 30c when idle and 70c when gaming.

Note- I'm new to building Pc

I've built my first pc 3 weeks ago and since day one I had Driver Timeout issue.

I've "fixed" it by changing the Adrenaline setting from Gaming to Standard and everything worked fine for 5 days then I got the issue again. But then 2 weeks later no issues I honestly forgot about it.

Yesterday it happend again while playing Euro Truck Sim2 and today it was fine the entire day and then while playing Ac Valhalla it happend again. And then it happended randomly in Google Chrome.

Now my friend tells me to return the card that its a hardware issue. I don't think (hope) it is not a hardware issue because the games worked fine I had a played a 13h session  with no crashes. And due to the world situation expecialy where I live it will be impossible to return the Card for the next month atleast.

So now if anyone can provide me with help that would be greatly appriciated or just telling me if my hardware is at fault or not just so I can sleep easier.

Hello,

I'll bet that the latest drivers are totally broken, I've tried to use my rx580 with 4 different driver versions, but still the same.

My setup is almost the same as yours, except that my cpu is a ryzen 7 2700.

I'm considering to buy a gtx or rtx because it is impossible to play anything now.

FYI there's people getting the same error with 5500/5700 normal and xt.

I'm playing forza horizon 4 and every time I get this ridiculous screen 🤬

Sorry for my English if anything was written wrong.

I gave up on Radeon and bought an RTX2060, found out that the freesync was the main cause of most crashes, but if its disabled the game keep giving stuttering and some flicker. So it's been a horrible experience.

Try disabling freesync to check if it works.
