T5500 not booting

So i got my t5500 over there and it will not power on, i hold the power button on the power supply to mainually boot it up, but no display/ any live the grapics cards seems to be ok because i tested it in 5 others t5500’s and it also has 2cpu 8pin connections but i only can find one. Can anyone help me with this?
