What should i do? (Upgrade)

Budget : $1250

Gaming at 1440p 144hz

Hi guys

Im actually running a i5 7500, 16gb 2400mhz and gtx 1070ti. Im having problems with games cause my i5 is constantly at 100% with no browser opened in games like r6 siege, world war z, the division 2, gta v, etc. Thats why i want to upgrade my cpu first

These are my options according to the price in my country. My focus are games at 144hz and lots of browser tabs. 1440p btw

A: ryzen 5 5600x ($375) + B550 F ($220) + 2x8 3200mhz ($120) + NH D15 ($130)

B: ryzen 9 5900x ($695) + X570 Master ($430) + NH D15 ($130)   or x570 Taichi ($375). I have seen that the x570 master has problems with the battery or something like that, i dont understand much to be honest

Which one should i choose or what can change in these options?

You don't need a 5900x for gaming with a ridiculously overpriced motherboard.

how about neither DO a Ryzen 9 5900x + ROG STRIX B550 E-gaming ($260) + corsair or nzxt aio liquid cooler ($90-$200, ideal is $180) and get a rtx 3070

Get a Ryzen 5 3600 if you plan on gaming. Everything else is overpriced for your current needs.

And btw. you actually want 100 % load on your cpu. The question becomes how the load on the gpu looks like. If it is in the 90s you are good in terms of performance. Unless your fps tank or games are unplayable, I'd wait with upgrading until supplies are back up. Currently prices are going up, even for older stuff.

B550 is a good choice but you won't have to spend 220 on one. You can get decent ones at 150 already. Same with the memory. A kit of non LED G.Skill Ripsaws should be around 70.

Should you go with X570 instead for some reason, do not buy boards over 250, you will end up with features you won't need like extreme oc capability under liquid nitrogen etc.

Maybe but the b550-e price is around $320 or even a little bit more and tbh I don't like the aio because it scares me XD. About the gpu im fine with the gtx 1070ti probably gonna make the jump in the 40 series

I was looking at it more along the lines of your previous machine.  You bought a midrange (at best) CPU and a decent GPU.

You need to let us know your thoughts, needs and wants in the original post instead of having us give suggestions and then you clarify things.

If you want ALL the glorious FPS get a 5900x and a 3080/3090 or 6800XT/6900XT (I think that's them).

But if you want a solid machine that will play anything you want at 1440p, grab that 5600x and a 3070 and enjoy life.

The use of the gpu is around 80 and 90 percent, it is the cpu that causes me to drop fps when it is at 100%. I really need to upgrade already because it also bothers me when I'm working with the browser and I see that the processor even makes a horrible noise when it reaches considerably high usage.
Speaking of prices at least in my country you would have to add about 80 - 100 dollars when we talk about cpu and mobo and 20 dollars with the ram. Imagine how it will be with the gpu ...
I was thinking about the x570 if it needed those extra m.2 ports or the usb ports in the future.

The cpu should not make any noise at all, not something you can hear at least. Guess you have a bad cooler, that would explain the noise and maybe the performance issue you have, maybe the cpu just runs too hot and clocks down to cool off.
