Start from Scratch Build

Budget (including currency): $1.5K-$2k USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: GTA-5, Warzone, Big data analysis

Other details: Looking for a good all around pc build for a combination for both gaming and data analysis. Ideally would like to be able to run open-world 4k games well, and my only hard requirement is at least 32gb's+ of RAM for analysis I do at work. My Monitor runs 4K@ 60Hz, but likely will upgrade to something with a better refresh rate. I understand computers and components needed but other than that I'm pretty much a novice. Don't really want to buy a pre-built PC!
