My friend set up a server for RlCraft in MC, does anybody know how to make the server less laggy?

how to make the server more laggy? as in you want to make the server purposefully more laggy?

just spawn a bunch of mobs, or piston blocks, there's in depth ways to do it on youtube.

 

If you have access to the PC or files, you can just turn the RAM limit down to like 512mb
