Hey guys! Just wondering if someone could help me with my PC. I've been having a major stuttering issue and it seems as though any game I play results in an unusable PC. Below you'll see an example of what's going on while its stuttering. I've run diagnostics, Taken it to the shop, Replaced ram, Ordered a new CPU and Drives. Updated all my drivers and have seen no results. I'm at the end of my rope and hoping someone can help me identify a problem. Thanks guys.

you are going to need to give us a lot more information before a proper diagnosis can happen. 1st you need to list your spec, then what you're playing ect ect.

GeForce GTX 1080

Ryzen 7 1800x

32 GB of trident Z ram (new)

Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming 5

Kraken X53 280mm

Its will all games as well. From Minecraft to Cyberpunk. All at lowest settings. The Intesity of the game doesnt seem to change to outcome of how it starts to stutter.
