Continues shut down and reboot

My pc has been shutting down and turning back on. All fans are functional i put a new poer supply in which didnt fix it, and it can sometimes boot into windows before it has issues and shuts down. Its timing is random everytime it shutsdown. My parts are everything a optiplex 9010 has but with 24gb of ram, a 500 watt power supply, and a 1650 in it. Any help would be appreciated i assume its mother board issues but i have no way of knowing.

There are many different configurations of an Optiplex 9010. Do you know exactly which one?

As of right now i dont know of all the specs off the top of my head as i got it from my family member a few months ago before it started doing this if it makes it to windows i will do my best to show the specs.

I got it to boot for a little bit so here are some of the details

Try reseating your CPU.

I did what you said and it continued to do what it had been doing. Its not that i cant grt it to work from time to time its that it will randomly shut down without warning without any screen it just powers down which im assuming may be a mother board problem. Also no need for optical drive so i replaced it with a 4tb harddrive for mass storage

It does kinda sound like a motherboard problem...

If it was a 3020 I have one for you, but it's not...
