CPU and GPU running at 100%

I have a i5-10600k and a 2070 super and while i play cyberpunk or modern warfare my cpu and gpu run at 100%

I watched videos on recommended settings for cyberpunk with my cpu and gpu and tested it and wasn’t getting close to the fps the videos were getting (in the video it was mainly high settings with ray tracing off at 90 fps and i was getting 40-50)

One think my friend pointed out when I was talking to him about this was my monitor. I have a 3440x1440 monitor is this the true culprit?

it might be if its that wide and high hertz also the cpu and gpu might be on a low clock or on some setting making them do that

What is 3440 × 1440?

Is it 1440 stretched or something?

It's just I play at 1440 and I thought it was represented as 2160×1440?

Or, is that just specific to my curved, wide screen, monitor?
