My Wifi Card is not showing up in the bios, Device Manager and the wifi option for windows has disappeared

PCnewbie678

My wifi card is not showing up on my computer and as it turns out not only is it not showing up in device manager but it also doesn't seem to be appearing in the bios PCIE slot info. In that category only one thing is showing up as listed and that's the gpu. However my new wifi card does not look to be broken since the card is emitting a green light.  At first I thought the problem was that windows wasn't recognizing my card since I suddenly lost my wifi option under network settings and the wifi card wasn't registering onto the computer and the card did not show up under hardware connections and the device manager. I wondering if there was a way to get the card working/show up on the PC?
