Which mobo and PSU should I choose or is there anything else I should change ?

Change the CPU for sure. Why the much older 2700? Best would be to go for the R7 5800, but since it is not available.. ahem.. then look for the 3000 series equivalent.

Wait. The R9 270? It wont run any of the titles dude! You need a new GPU

you want a much better gpu, that old r9 270 won't play any modern games
