I have a RX 5700 XT as well as a Ryzen 5 3600, 16gb ram 3200mhz, and a 850w 80+ gold psu. I have a custom fan curve set to my gpu in the radeon settings, all of my components stay very cool. Also I am using the most recent AMD drivers.

I have been using msi afterburner to monitor my pc and I noticed the gpu seems to be running at the incorrect speeds, I have not touched any of the clock speeds or anything, they are on default.

My gpu says this on the website 1905MHz (Game) /up to 1770MHz (Base) / up to 2010MHz (Boost) but I never seem to hit those speeds, generally it never goes higher than 1200 ish mhz.

Is something wrong or is this normal?

The speeds are never very stable either, also I play capped at 60fps.
