Screen Tearing

I was playing Minecraft bedrock when I noticed some awful screen tearing when I moved the camera fast enough on the edges of blocks. Turning on v sync gets rid of the issue but brings up another one. When ever I turn it on it changes the movement from feeling sharp to smooth and sloppy. It also seems to change the crouch animation a bit. This has only been a problem since the new 16.200 update which added render dragon. I tried changing it to fast but still the same movement issue. Would a higher refresh rate monitor help? I currently have a 75 Hz monitor and a 1660. I really wouldnt mind v sync if it didn't change the movement.

Thanks!

Never mind the problem fixed itself.
