Hi. I just finished building a pc of this budget for someone in the UK too. It's not easy right now due to availability. I had to get the gpu on ebay for example. It was used and i paid about RRP for it.

Your build looks fine and you'll be able to play your games albeit with lower than max settings. However I went with a Ryzen 3100 instead of a 2600 as it seems to match or outperform the basic 2600 in most games. I have a 3300X on backorder so I'll swap it into that build if I ever get it.

Motherboard is same as I used, decent board for the money.

Avoid single channel cl19 ram, it's just not worth it. Go for 2x8GB CL16 at least 3000mhz, preferabley 3200mhz Eg. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/sn38TW/pny-anarchy-x-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-3200-memory-md16gk2d4320016axr

Storage is fine but you can get 500GB of SSD storage for less than that. There's very little difference in game loading times between an SSD and an NvME M.2

GPU is okay but ideally you would go 1660 for the extra 50% vram it'll really help in your games.

Go for a 500W PSU

You'll regret not getting a 24 inch monitor. Any 24 inch with 1ms response time would do
