Ssd not showing up

Hello, right now im trying to boot windows but my pc cant recognize mx500 m.2 sata ...

I tried replacing it with working one from another pc and its still red light and no ssd on pc... could someone please help me?

This seems to be a common thing. People having issues mounting m.2 drives. Is your bios up to date?
