DVD converter help

Anyone know of an easy to use, simple converter that will convert any video format to be able to be played on xbox 360?

I7-6700k, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, 2 x 8GB Corsair Dominator Plantinum ram, ASUS GTX 960 STRIX, sound blaster zx, 1TB boot drive ssd, 128GB/256GB storage ssd, 1TB storage HDD, 4TB of storage (backup),Windows 10 Pro,1000w psu

Well Handbrake will rip a DVD into .mp4, which Xbox 360 is supposed to support. Despite allegedly being the "all-round home entertainment system" according to Microsoft (that's genuinely where the name comes from btw), I personally found .mp4 support on my brother's 360 to be shaky at best. You might have a better experience; Handbrake can handle the ripping aspect at least (although it can be CPU intensive).
