A casual gamer pc

Charlie34

Budget: $1300 U.S. dollars

Country: USA

I would like to use it for things like rainbow six seige rust or modern warfare. I currently have a 1080 165hz monitor but I could upgrade over time so if willing I am asking someone with much more experience to possibly put together as part list with the best it can be for the budget, if willing please have Ethernet and Bluetooth: case looks and rgb are minimally  important to me. Thank you
