I have noticed all of my games have been stuttering recently. I have logged my performance on both CSGO and TF2 and have noticed massive stutter spots and considerable frame drops. My friends think it may be a RAM issue, I am not quite sure. Also, I am not sure if this is helpful, but I have well over 200 fps in CSGO and I use a 75 HZ monitor with an HDMI cable. I have noticed that whenever I have stutters, all of the following drop: GPU utilization, CPU utilization, GPU SCLK and MCLK, GPU power, and FPS.

Specs are:
-Ryzen 5 2600
-XFX RX580
-1x8GB RAM

Possibly limited by 8gb RAM, I would get another 8gb stick

You can also try DDU and reinstall your graphics driver, see if it's any better

I do not have integrated graphics or another computer to clean wipe the drivers with, although I have re-installed and tried different graphic drivers plenty of times before. A RAM upgrade could help, but do you have any other ideas on what I could do?

you do not need this, windows have basic display driver that'll continue to output display when you're wiping the drivers

check storage usage in task manager, see if they spike to 100% while your pc stutters

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
