Sorry i am not so good in English. My Rtx 2060 have in Gta 30 Fps my cpu is a i7 8700h and in minecraft i have 60 but not more what is the problem?

Is Vsync (vertical sync) on? That will lock your system to 60 FPS. What screen resolution are you playing on? What graphics settings in game?

sorry my pc was brocken. i know now that my graphiccard was broken. an i havent a vsync monitor. ad yes the 60 fps lock was on thanks.
