PC Sleep / Idle Issues

When my computer is left idle, even for 5-10 minutes I return to it completely powered off. I have gone into registry edit, messed with power options, and combed my bios settings and still have not been able to find a resolution.  The only thing I have not tried is a clean install of windows, but I hope there is another issue I am missing somewhere.  It isn't the end of the world by any means that I have to turn my system back on but it is annoying. My system never powers off when in use.

• Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero *WIFI* x570 - BIOS Version 1302 

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

• PSU: Corsair RMX 850x 80+ gold

• Display(s) (Make, Model and Type):

  • Acer Predator 1920x1080 244hz G-Sync Monitor

  • AOC G2460PF

  • HP W2071D

• System Memory: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600 mhz (2x16)

• GPU (VBIOS): ASUS ROG Strix 1080 Ti OC Edition (Version 86.2.39.0.23)

• OS (Version): Windows 10 Home - 10.0.19041 Build 19041

• Power Settings are set to AMD Ryzen High Performance with every possible sleep/hibernate setting turned off.
